Automatic Vacuum Chamber Helium Leak Detection Line for Automotive Air-conditioning Components

The system is highly automated. Except for loading/ unloading workpieces, other steps are automatically controlled and operated by the system, including:
automatically clamping and sealing workpieces , vacuuming workpieces, processing gross leakage detection, sorting OK /NG products after gross leakage detection, and helium filling into workpiece;
automatically transfer the workpiece into the vacuum chambers, processing fine leakage detection, and automatically discriminate the test results;
sorting OK /NG products after fine leakage detection;
automatically recover helium gas.
Therefore, only one operator is required for the entire process.

The operator puts the workpiece on the fixture, and the system can complete the entire program of sealing, vacuuming, detecting gross leakage, sorting OK/NG workpiece after gross leakage detection, and filling helium into the workpiece outside the vacuum chamber; detecting fine leakage of the workpiece in the vacuum chamber, sorting OK/NG workpiece after fine leakage detection; recovering helium, unclamping workpiece. Production cycle is fast, and the leak detection accuracy is high.
