This equipment is mainly used for air tightness detection of PACK battery pack, including evacuation, helium filling, pressure and concentration detection and helium detection with suction gun.

Basic working principle of of Helium Leak Testing Equipment:

After the workpiece is filled with helium with a certain pressure, a certain pressure difference is formed between the inside and outside of the workpiece. If the outer shell of the workpiece leaks, the helium inside the workpiece will leak to the outer surface of the workpiece. The operator holds a suction gun and scans the outer surface of the workpiece. The leak detector can accurately and quickly judge the leakage of the workpiece. If there is any leakage, the system will give an alarm prompt.
