The tester is controlled by PLC intelligent electrical equipment
and has a touch screen operation interface.
The equipment is equipped with an independent motor drive mechanism
to control tension, torsion and bending force respectively, so as
to ensure that the tests do not interfere with each other and
guarantee the accuracy of the tests.
The motor-driven ball screw mode is adopted for the three kinds of
force tests. The lifting movement is realized by the tray driving
the weight, which truly simulates the process of applying and
releasing force through lifting and lowering, and the force
application time is controllable.
